(Abstracts will be reviewed on a rolling basis, approximately every two to three weeks for submission after 1 Apr.)
- Abstracts may be submitted for review via the Abstract Submission Portal; however, only those accepted and accompanied by full payment before the deadline will be eligible for presentation.
- There is no limit to the number of papers you may submit.
- All abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Program Committee and other experts in the field.
- The abstract content is the sole responsibility of the authors. Abstracts will not be edited for spelling, grammar or content.
- Notification of abstract acceptance and presentation format (oral or poster) will be sent via email to the submitting author. The Scientific Program Committee will determine the most suitable presentation format for each accepted abstract. The organisers reserve the right to amend the notification date at their discretion.
- By submitting an abstract to the Asia Dengue Summit (ADS), the author grants consent for the abstract to be published. This publication is intended for educational purposes and may be accessed by participants and the wider scientific community.
- The Organising Committee reserves the right to amend or change any part of the submission guidelines without prior notice.
- Accepted papers will be published in the Conference proceedings. The Conference Managers will not be held responsible for abstract submissions not received via the website or for submission errors caused by Internet service outages, hardware or software delays, power outages or unforeseen events.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
POSTER PRESENTATIONS
- All abstracts must be submitted in English and shall not exceed 250 words (not including title, author names and affiliation).
Type single-space in MS Word format using Times New Roman, 12-point font in the box provided. - Scientific abstracts must contain data (either quantitative or qualitative) and report research results.
- On the abstract submission form, indicate the following information:
TITLE: The title must be brief and indicate clearly the nature of the investigation.
AUTHORS: Please enter all authors in the order they should appear, using full names in the format: Given Name followed by LAST NAME (e.g., Wei Kang LAM).
INSTITUTIONS AND COUNTRY: Enter the institutional affiliations and country. Only two institutional affiliations will be allowed per author. - Use the following headings for your abstracts:
Background: should describe the context and importance of the study and state the objective(s) of the study.
Methods: should include a description of the methods used considering study design, setting, population, measures, and analytic procedures
Results: should describe the results in sufficient detail to support the conclusions. It is not satisfactory to state, “The results will be discussed” or “Other data will be presented”. Abstracts that do not provide actual results may not be considered for presentation
Conclusion: should state the implications of the findings for clinical practice, research, education, or policy. References and credits should not be included. - Abstracts must be submitted via the official Abstract Submission Portal but will only be accepted for presentation upon confirmation of full registration and payment by the deadline.
- There are no restrictions on the number of abstracts you may submit. If more than two abstracts are accepted from one investigator, one of the co-authors must make any additional presentation.
- Presenting authors will be notified of the poster presentation details by 15 April 2026. The Summit Committee and Organisers reserves the right to amend the notification date if necessary.
- The Organising Committee reserves the right to amend or change any part of the submission guidelines without prior notice.

ORAL PRESENTATIONS
- Please note that only a limited number of abstracts will be selected for oral presentation. Selection is based on the scientific merit and relevance of the submitted work, as determined by the Scientific Program Committee.
- Authors whose abstracts are selected for oral presentation will be notified accordingly. Detailed guidelines for Short Oral Communications will be provided in due course.
